Thomas A. Simeone

Tom's career in construction started in college where he worked with a local general contractor building houses.  With over 25 years of experience in construction and related fields Tom has experience in every sector of the business.  Post college he has worked for some of the largest construction management firms and residential developers in NYC with exposure to high rise commercial and residential, hospitality, aviation, and government work.  In recent years Tom was the VP of Construction for the redevelopment of the waterfront in Asbury Park, NJ.  In his time there he oversaw the construction of The Asbury Hotel, The Asbury Lanes, The Monroe Street Condominiums and The Asbury Ocean Club Hotel and Residences.  Tom's meticulous approach to project planning and execution is what separates him from the rest.  

Tom graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University College of Engineering.  He resides in Monmouth County with his wife Cristina, daughter Bella, son Daniel and their dog Winnie.
